Ingredients
  • 4 cups mixed frozen fruit
  • 1.5 cups unsalted cashew pieces
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3 cups milk
Instructions
  1. Blend (in blender, smoothie setting) and enjoy! Makes 8 servings – freeze leftovers in single serve containers.
