Paul & Karen both earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Honors) from the University of Queensland (Australia), with extensive studies in Honors Mathematics. They home schooled all six of their children in the Atlanta area from age 4 through high school graduation. Karen is a third generation teacher. Their children went on to study at a variety of universities / colleges, including Georgia Tech, Toccoa Falls College, LeTourneau University, Georgia State University, Liberty University, Gwinnett Tech, and the University of Nizhny Novgorod. The children have completed degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, and Philosophy. Two of their children have Master’s degrees, and one is working on their Ph.D. in Engineering.
Paul & Karen have lived in the USA, Australia, and Russia. They have tutored and taught since the early 1980’s in a wide variety of settings. They are passionate about helping children, teens, and adults to think well and to thrive in every area of life.
We specialize in tutoring any kind of Math (including Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus), Computing / Computer Programming / Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, AP courses for any of these subjects, SAT Prep, ESL, Personal Finances. We welcome students of all ages, whether in high school, college / university / tech school, middle school, elementary school, or adult learners.
