I feel a sense of urgency to encourage our generation to think, to listen carefully, to practice humility, to desire to learn, to do serious study, to utilize credible sources, to discern between expertise and opinion, to reach across borders and dividing lines. It has been a passion and a focus in my life for almost 25 years to teach others to think with discernment – I have not arrived and am on the journey myself – but this has informed pretty much everything I do.
