Sculley Family 2018

“How we thank God for you! Because of you we have great joy as we enter God’s presence.” (1 Thessalonians 3:9, NLT)

Dear loved ones,

We thank God for each of you – you bring us joy in sharing life together, whether we see one another frequently or rarely. 2018 has been a full year for all of us, so here’s the briefest of updates, as each one has their own amazing stories to share . . .

Peter works as a software engineer at a high tech blockchain startup in the western U.S.

Jonathan continues his Ph.D. studies in Electrical Engineering at Georgia Tech, working as a Research Assistant.

Michael graduated with a B.S. in Philosophy from Toccoa Falls College, earned a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Georgia, and works for a national automotive distributor.

Cascade is a senior studying Chemical Engineering at Georgia Tech and works in a campus lab making metal-organic frameworks.

Karis is in her final few months of Sculley Academy and works at a Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Esther graduated from Sculley Academy and works in local restaurants.

Paul & Karen enjoyed traveling to Serbia & Hungary and recently celebrated their 33rd anniversary. Paul continues to work from home managing investments, and Karen does her usual eclectic gigs here, there, and everywhere. We enjoy walking workouts, Awana, Vineyard Institute, offering life / financial coaching, encouraging, teaching, serving, watching movies, playing with our kittens, and putting together jigsaw puzzles.

Our favorite times are when we get to spend time with loved ones, especially our precious kids. We’re thankful that we get to share our home and hearts with others, as we try to love each person well, just as they are. We’re thankful for our beautiful church family at Liberty Vineyard, with whom we share life daily.

Thank you for your presence in our lives! May the Lord bless you and keep you, make His face to shine upon you, be gracious to you, and give you peace!

Paul, Karen, Peter, Jonathan, Michael, Cascade, Karis, Esther
