Words by me: Here’s the story of Paul and Karen who met at university studying Maths. In year 2 we changed our majors to Computer Science, and then love joined our paths. We got wed in springtime on November 30 in Toowoomba, although Brisbane was our home. A New Zealand trip kicked off our life of travel – we knew we’d always roam. Babies curiously popped out one by one, and then others joined us, two kids at a time. After six we said, “We now have our full quiver.” That is how we all became the Sculley bunch, the Sculley bunch, the Sculley bunch. That is how we became the Sculley bunch! Our 3 energetic sons grew into men, our 3 daughters grew up to be women strong, all of them interdependent, complex thinkers, welcoming, and headstrong. We decided to home school and work remotely, so we could be wherever God showed us to go. Though we mostly lived in Georgia where it’s sunny, Russia had lots of snow. Now our kids have launched – we miss them more than ever. But we love each other – life is excellent, doing small things with great love, as we are able, sharing love, joy, peace, hope, and encouragement. The Sculley bunch. The Sculley bunch. We thank God He made us the Sculley bunch!
