Here, There, and Everywhere (thank you, The Beatles!)

I did this partial re-lyric-ing of a favorite Beatles’ song for a mini-sermon I gave last Sunday – on fifth Sundays, our church does what we call “Testimony Sunday” and I was encouraging everyone to share stories of where they have caught glimpses of God here, there, or everywhere … because one person’s small sharing of a situation where they’ve noticed God’s fingerprints may bring much-needed hope, comfort, or encouragement to someone else.

Words by me: God’s love is everywhere! And if God’s beside us, on him we can cast our cares. For, to know God is to see God everywhere, knowing that love is to share. Each one believing that love never dies, keeping our eyes on Jesus, who’s always there. God will be there and everywhere. Here, there, and everywhere!
