Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter softened
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp soda
- 6 ripe bananas
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Butter the sides and bottom of two loaf pans.

Whip together sugar and butter. Add eggs and mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix together flour and soda. Stir in previously mixed sugar-butter-eggs mixture.

Add bananas in small slices. Mash well, mix well.

Divide mixture evenly into two loaf pans. Bake for 70 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean!

Cool well before trying to remove from pans. Let sit before slicing. Serve with butter – yum!
