Janoah Gardens piano recital – Jul 30th, 2026
On a beautiful early winter morning, I enjoyed the blessing of playing again for the beloved community at Janoah Gardens, including staff and residents from aged care, serviced apartments, and independent living. I prepared a set of songs and “blurbs” containing interesting things that went on in the world during the year each song was released, from 1913 to 2024. It was delightful to have family and friends alongside, including some very special guests from my years in Toowoomba who now live not too far away (Geoff & Lyn). Joy, tears, and laughter flowed freely as we enjoyed a morning of music and memories together.
