Let’s Make a Cheese and a Tuna Fish Sandwich (thank you, Aretha Franklin!)

I find 1950s educational films so fascinating, possibly because they remind me of my late mom. Kitchen life has changed quite a bit, in terms of the how (tools & gadgets) and most importantly the who (everyone gets to play!) . . . what a relief! Thank you, Aretha Franklin, for your great music! May God bless you, protect you, and give you peace!
Music: “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman” (Aretha Franklin)
Words by me: Looking at the ingredients, this recipe feels so inspired. ’Cause when I knew I had to plan another meal, oh, it made me feel so tired. Before the day I found this, lunch was very bland. I’d make do with what I had on hand. Let’s make a cheese . . . Let’s make a cheese . . . Let’s make a cheese and a tuna fish sandwich! Looked on my shelf, and here is what I found – had what I need for tuna rarebit. I didn’t even know what it was called till this 50’s film went and named it. Now we can toss a salad of olives, radishes, with some celery and a few pickles. Let’s make a cheese . . . Let’s make a cheese . . . Let’s make a cheese and a tuna fish sandwich! Oh, you taste so good to me. You make me feel so good inside. Add tabasco, sprigs of parsley – my taste buds feel so alive! Let’s make a cheese . . . Let’s make a cheese . . . Let’s make a cheese and a tuna fish sandwich!
